Daniela Pierce Zaldumbide
Hi ! I am a Digital Media and Web Designer From Quito, Ecuador, currently based in Oregon Quito. I created my blog Creciendo en Fe after being called to share my spiritual growth experience in the Catholic faith as well as the mental health and wellness tools that have helped me cope with depression and anxiety throughout my life.
My purpose is to create and and serve, when I’m not creating content for Creciendo en Fe, I help online businesses and personal brands with their online presence in the digital world implementing digital marketing strategies and creating graphics, videos and other content for them. I care about the brands and businesses I work with, their stories and of course, the people behind them.
I majored in visual production (film) and media design, with a minor in digital animation (one of my greatest passions). I started learning web design, graphic design and video game design during school. Recently I graduated from my first postgraduate program as a specialist in digital communication and I’m getting a masters degree in Convergent Media Studies
7 things about me:
- I’m bilingual: native Spanish and English. Born in Ecuador, raised in Philly, got married and had my baby in Oregon. Currently based in Quito, Ecuador.
- Studied an exchange semester in San Diego, CA at the NewSchool of Architecture and Design.
- I’ve directed a short 3D animated film and a documentary about animation.
- Started creating websites, and learning about code when I was 12.
- I started creating digital art in MS Paint when I was 4 thanks to my grandma Mimi who taught me how to use the mouse and computer.
- I come from a close-knit family of computer engineers, scientists and tech whizzes.
- My favorite spiritual retreats are the San Ignatius Spiritual Exercises (silent retreats), where I have made important decisions and ultimately decided my vocation.

Diseñadora multimedia de profesión y especialista en Comunicación Digital, soy la creadora del Creciendo en Fe., proyecto que nació de un sueño de compartir mi camino de crecimiento espiritual en la fe católica y las herramientas de bienestar y salud mental que me han ayudado a superar la depresión y ansiedad en el pasado.
Mi propósito es crear y servir, cuando no estoy creando y escribiendo para Creciendo en Fe, ayudo a empresas y marcas personales a posicionar su presencia en el mundo digital a través de branding, estrategias de marketing digital y contenido audiovisual.
